In the same way that we welcome our families, we are also dedicated to gathering feedback from families who have decided to withdraw their child(ren) so we can continue to improve in all areas. We kindly request that you select the link of your child’s school below and complete the “Records Request”.
Please keep in mind that only a legal guardian is allowed to pick up the student’s personal documents and sign all required withdrawal forms and reconcile any unpaid charges on the account.
Student Records can take between 7-10 business days for preparation. The front office staff will call you once they are complete to schedule a time for the records to be picked up.
